Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of Shendong mining 1.7m seam continuous mining machine tunneling half coal rock Lane applicability and efficiency issues，a measuring and analysis was conducted on the roadway excavation behaviors of the Shigetai Mine No.2-2 Up seam.The results showed that the day footage with the lower seam thickness decreases，both can be fit to a 4 times polynomial，Using continuous mining machine digging Mine No.2-2 Up seam average monthly coal roadway drilling footage on 900m above，meet the need for rapid excavation，quickly moving、extending contacted Lane center distance and ensuring the quality of equipment maintenance and other measures can improve the driving efficiency .
